Travelling Anxiety

Hi all, i have suffered from anxiety for years, probably like most on here. Most things i can deal with, but travelling is making my life miserable. I have lots of places i want to go but always end up coming home early as the anxiety of being alone or something bad happening. I catastrophize a lot over travel. Even tonight im styaing in a hotel on my own to relax but im already tired and stomach churning from the anxiety and just want to go home. Dont get me wrong im great at dealing with most situations, its social ones im worse with now. I wont put my life story on here as its too long but im on tablets and had lots of counselling years ago too.
Any tips or advice welcome as went to whitby last year with my mum and we ended coming home day after
