Anyoine heard of ( READ YOUR WAY THROUGH ANXIETY ?)

Just woundering if any of you have heard of a new therapy called READ YOUR WAY THROUGH ANXIETY .
My friends Doctor has her on this.I have not got any details on this or how it works but it apparently a new thing ????
So if anyone out there has heard of this please let me know. I will try and contact my friend again for more details( shes hard to get hold of)

not heard of it but docs are now encouraged to try other forms of treatment rather than meds all the time,
