Hard lump in back of mouth/throat. Really anxious.

Alright so I was eating a couple of days ago when it felt like the food was catching something. I felt in my mouth a little and right at the back was a hard immovable lump about 1 cm in size. I didn't keep prodding and left it be but the sensation of the lump is still there all the time and it feels unpleasant when swallowing. No pain or anything really noticeable though.

This is sending my stress into overdrive. I plan to see the doctor asap but in the meantime I cant help but assume the worst. I can't sleep or relax and it's really getting to me.

You had something similar three years ago. Could it be the same type of thing?

I don't think so. This is a lot further back and bigger. Though the last one was thankfully fine.
