Going to stay a few days in hospital, tips to spend the time?

Keep losing weight, pains and discomfort after eating, I'll have to stay in hospital for a few days for study and to keep me nourished.

Oh well, hope I don't go down mentally...

Any tips to spend the time?

If you can, stay out of bed, walk about, chat to fellow patients, take a laptop or tablet as most hospitals have free wi-fi.

Above all relax and know you are in the best possible place in terms of being safe.
