Question regarding eye floaters

I've had these since I woke up weeks ago, I slept late those past weeks since our family tend to have parties almost every night this vacation. My floaters aren't that many but I was just wondering if they would go away on time since my eyes are fine and the cause of my floaters is cause of lack of sleep. I often get anxious because of these things and just want to clarify so I would not get worried anymore.

I've had these things all my life. Sometimes it can be bad enough that it gets super annoying and they don't seem to go away. Other times I have to concentrate to see them (usually little ones I haven't noticed yet), ahaha!

So if it helps, I get them all the time and you eventually stop noticing the not-so-bad ones 'til you concentrate! I was never too sure, but I always thought they were just little bubbles or something in your eye... O: Definitely nothing sinister. ^u^
