Nosebleed

I just had a spontaneous nosebleed which i haven’t had since childhood! Anyone have these just out of the blue? Of course my anxiety kicks into high gear. Can’t even write what my mind is thinking. Please? Any thoughts?

Yes, they most certainly can happen out of nowhere, even induced by stress. If your nose was dry, or you rubbed it too rough, sneezed hard.. or just because a weak vessel finally decided to burst.



It can mean something if it happens frequently (but without cause, like dryness, irritation, injury, picking, etc), but even then.. it is likely one of the least telling "symptoms" of anything you can have.



Let it heal, and move on.
