Chest pains

Does anyone suffer from chest pains due to panic and anxiety and what do you do about it?

Hi,
yeah I sometimes get sharp pains or achey pains. I used to worry that they were heart related but I learned to accept they were just anxiety. For me I didn't do anything about them I just ignored them.
