Propranolol

Hi I'm just wondering if anyone takes propranalol for health anxiety, I do, I have been taking them for about 3 years now, I do think they work but I always get worried when they slow my heart rate down even when it's not racing. I get scared.

What do other people think of propranolol.

I took 80mg s/r for a couple of years. I don't suffer from HA but it's a safe med.

You've taken it for 3 years and been fine. You'll be ok.
