New to this

Hello everyone,
I would just like to introduce myself to the forum, I am Pegi and I have suffered with anxiety probably from around age 3 but didn't have a diagnosis until 4 years ago. I am so glad I have found this forum, I read a few posts last night and realised that some of you have the same issues as I do within the Gad. GAD does make you think you are off your head at times, in particular the way I feel at the moment.
