Hi - just joined

Hi - its taken me ages to find the courage to join, but here goes.

I've been suffering panic/anxiety attacks and agorophobia for past 3 years. I feel very isolated. My hubby is helping me with trying to get out and about. I have found this website very helpful.

Thought I was beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but recently Im beginning to feel very low again, its such hard work sometimes, but it does help to read your stories, it keeps me going!

Im 37 years old, huge cat lover & learnt loads of new hobbies, card making, painting, stitching! hope i've posted this right

You'll get loads of advice and support here while making new friends along the way. It's great to here you're making progress and don't feel to disheartened you're going through a bad patch because we all get them. Also having a bad patch means we've just had a good patch right so things must be improving overall. :shrug:
