allergys or something exploded a panic attack, help~

my stomach and chest has already been stiff, i been congested to add on to it, hard to breath, mostly when standing. became hard to swallow a not long ago and that blew it all up, not by attack it killing me, never felt like ill faint before but i think i may this time and i fear if i do i may suffocate and die.

sounds like a virus to me. or a chest infection..... nothing major.... just go see your dr as i see you are doing tomorrow
