Hi everyone, I just joined this group and wanted to reach out to make some new friends and to make some contributions to the forum. I am 49, live in Ohio, saw service in the USAF and had a traumatic time that has ballooned and brought me here. I am married, have 2 daughters, and have lots of stress in my life even though I try to relax and have fun. I look forward to meeting a lot of people and interacting on here.
