Have you dreamt about a smell then woke up thinking you smell it?

This happened last night, twice.

I had mild anxiety at 4am when woke for many preg wees, falling off sleep and thought I smelt bonfire. Think it was my blocked nostril tbh. I sniffed and didn't. I woke up half hour later, thought I smelt cigarette, sniffed and didn't and then same few hours later but was body spray. Is this normal? Lucid preg dream? trying so hard to let go of this smell worry, it's been 5 months now ffs.
