Terrified of liver cancer

I’m 23 years old. I went to the doctor back in March and got some lab work done. They discovered that my liver enzymes ALP and ALT were elevated. The first doctor I went to said it wasn’t a big deal and it was probably fat in my liver from being obese. I’m 5’11 and 255 pounds. I wasn’t eating my best and eating out a lot. The second doctor I went to looked at the results and wants to get a liver ultrasound done. I’m going a week from today to get it done and I’m so terrified they’re going to find something. I haven’t had any other liver cancer symptoms such as jaundice or weight loss or being unable to eat a lot. My dad also had liver problems but did not have liver cancer.

It will probably be something like a fatty liver but NOT cancer.

I figure that if it were cancer, I’d have an alarming liver symptom. I don’t that I can notice.

Definitely loosing weight would be the key to getting the elevated liver enzymes back to normal, plus having lots of added health benefits for the future.
