Hey, guys
The last couple of months were pretty bad, I have literally an obsession with becoming schizophrenic and this fear I just cannot let go. It is pretty hard to handle the questioning every single day. Recently, I started to fear something that happened to me before, but is considered normal by the doctors- hypnagogia. I've seen/heard stuff upon awaking/falling asleep, and I got really depressed that this is a sign of my going crazy.
Do you think it is related to anxiety/has it happened to you, to wake up at night and to be afraid for no reason, to just feel uncomfortable? I just feel constantly as if what I experience is more than anxiety even tho I consulted with a psychiatrist...
