Hiya, ive had anxiety problems since nov06, ive had a wide range of symptoms most of which (if not all) have been posted on this site, but the one that concerns me the most is the strange feeling i get in my head, it feels like a build up of pressure and it makes me feel dizzy for most of the day, its a strange feeling to describe kinda like my heads gonna explode and my head just feels so full and bizzy! it doesnt cause me any pain at all tho it just feels kinda not real and i cant concentrate properly till it passes which can take a good few hours sometimes. has anyone else experienced anything like this before? thanks for listening tracey :) x

Hi Tracey, I have suffered with dizziness on and off for nearly three years. My doctor says its anxiety, I have just discovered Bachs Rescue Remedy which i bought from superdrug. A few squirts of that on my tongue seems to shift the dizziness for a few hours and its not addictive. Take care love Mags xxxx

Tension.. .and also sinus pressure..had it 20 years and still have it even now its hard for me to concentrate. It will pass but will be with you a long time im sure unless you relax and well try to keep some allergy sinus medicine with you most of the time that doesnt make you drowsy or interact..Personally i rather have the feeling than the medicine..Good luck..
