Light pressure under left breast / constant belching

Hello I have constant light pressure (doesn't really hurt or bother me just annoying) under my left breast area on top of this I have constant belching and sometimes coughing that'll relieve the pressure. Could this be acid reflux / gerd or possibly just gas? It happens often to me but no nausea or vomiting.

Yes I notice it come and go, I panic because I've had heart problems in the past and am on heart meds right now, though this pressure is on both sides and isn't really painful at all. and it's under my breast and more off to the left in my rib cage area.

It’s a weird question, but does it get better if you take your bra off? Assuming you wear one!
