I've been lurking here awhile, but this is my first post.
I have been dealing with blood in my urine (sometimes visible) and upper back pain intermittently for 2.5 years. I have had a million tests-urine cytologies, bladder scopes, a kidney scope, CT scans...nothing has been found. The urologist did see that the blood is coming from the filters in my left kidney. I have a renal scan next week to check function. Anyone have experience with this? It has ramped my anxiety up quite a bit worrying about kidney failure.
