Hi everyone just a quick intro, I am a 44 year old guy and I have been reading some of the threads and its good to know I am not alone !

I have had a difficult time over the past few years due to depression.
This has been caused by a number of things but its getting better.

I have been working on my Masters degree and just got the results I wanted.

I hope this forum can help me with my issues, I really need to move on !!
