so a few months ago i got this weird dark patch on my foot. it's flat and uneven, and not very dark but definitely noticeable,.it's patchy, and it's quite dry compared to the rest of my skin. i never really thought much of it until today, what could it be? it's about 1/2m wide and it's giving me really bad anxiety. i've had it for months and it's barely changed but i'm so worried it's something serious suddenly and i'm literally shaking writing this. someone please reassure me, i hate being this anxious over everything, but since what had happened in my life lately i kind of believe that anything bad is possible and i'm overall scared about the future.
