Hello everyone, I just joined and thought I'd introduce myself.

I believe I suffer with general anxiety although it hasn't really been diagnosed yet. I was put onto a waiting list for therapy when I lived in London but nothing ever happened and I moved to the Midlands 4 months ago so am starting the process again of seeing my GP to be referred.

I have had it since I was in my teens but never really recognised it until a few years ago.

Anyway, I will be posting on the forum so would be good to hear from you and I will offer help where I can as well :D

Welcome to the site. I too have suffered from anxiety since I was young even younger than you (as a child) so I understand what it is like. You will find many here who will be able to relate to how you feel.
