Heart worries, please help!!

I’ve had my electrocardiogram & blood pressure taken two times this year and they were fine both times, but I still had continuous chest pains, so I went to see a doctor today to talk about it. They said to not worry about it, but just now the left side of my chest really hurt and now my left breast is suddenly weirdly red, almost inflamed looking. It’s been about 15 minutes now, my chest doesn’t hurt anymore but the area still looks inflamed. Should I seek for immediate medical help or do you think it can wait until tomorrow??

In light of clear tests and exams and the fact you're posting on an anxiety forum, I would be inclined to to forego the doctor.

From your description, i would look at costochondritis, and possibly more likely tietze's syndrome (where there is actual swelling). While painful, it is a harmless condition that can be brought on by stress or illness... i know, i am still dealing with it. ;)
