You may or may not already have thought of this but....

I had major HA and do get it from time to time but looking back the cause was my relationship. It caused me stress and as a result it came out in HA. I noticed now that when I go through periods of stress my HA pops up.

Have some of you guys tried to eliminate stresses to see if it helps with the HA?

That’s very true! Glad you identified your trigger and let it go, that’s how we grow:)
I was studying and working at the same time and it sent me to a constant worry about my health. Now that the studying part is over I get it more when I am stressed with work and not as much when I’m home. I’m trying to eliminate the work part by not worrying about things that are out of my control. It somehow makes me think ‘oh you won’t be able to deal with that you’re sick’ and then it spirals again..unless I stop it :)
It’s all about identifying your triggers and either facing them (like watching House when I initially avoided it) or eliminating them from your life!
