Weird dry patch inner lip??

Hi everyone.. has anyone ever experienced a dry or rough feeling patch or spot on their inner bottom lip? I don’t see anything different when I pull my lip down but I do feel it when I run my tongue on it. I think I remember feelingthis before and it went away but just want to be sure.

I’m wondering if this warrants a visit to the doctor. Doesn’t seem like an “injury” ...
