Saying hi.
I've been off work for around 8 weeks with anxiety and depression.
I was on seroxat for around 15 years until the middle of last year when I became very depressed. Was straight-switched to citalopram. The citalopram wasn't working after three increases so I started sertraline. That was horrendous, left me with intrusive thoughts, so now 7 days into taking duloxetine.
Hoping I can get some tips on how to stay sane whilst I wait for the duloxetine to kick in. I am married with a 3 year old and struggling to hang on. Thanks all.
