Anxiety and panic attacks and finding a job

Hi,
I currently suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and I need to get a job where I'm not in a busy environment. Does anyone have any ideas what sort of job would be understanding and doable please?

In an office? I work in retail in a very busy shop and have anxiety. I don't know how I do it but I have no choice and it's amazing what you can do really. Sometimes you hold yourself back as if you stuck it out you really can do it. Your mind tells you otherwise

Maybe you should try thinking about the kinds of things that you enjoy and that bring you a sense of calm, for example working with animals or art, working in a book store, library or museum... places that are quiet but have some interaction with people.
