Panic and hyperventilating

Woke up this morning with trapped nerve in my neck and headache and cant breathe deeply as hurts as a result am sat at my desk hyperventilating and feeling dizzy - yuck I hate it and I am scared. Wenjoy

Popped home lunchtime and got hubby to give me back and shoulder massage with arnica oil - still feel buzzy with addrenaline and dizzy and breathless but using my rescue remedy and typing frantically!!! thankyou for your reply!! Wenjoy x

Still feeling abit off today- dizzy and headache and shoulder tension off the scale - I must do my relaxation cd when I go home from work!!! Wenjoy x
