Hello everyone,
I have my annual exam in 3 weeks and am very nervous. I am 27 years old, 175 lbs. I exercise a lot, do a lot of running, eat as healthy as possible (not perfect but try to eat as much fruit, nuts and veggies as I can), don’t smoke, don’t drink alcohol. In spite of this,. I am still nervous.
Being my 20’s, I haven’t gotten my annuals as much as I should. I am scared that they are going to find something in the X-Rays and bloodwork they will take.
Anyone have similar fears?
