Neck lump

There is a small pea sized lump at the bottom of my hair line on the back left side of my neck, when I touch it it irritates my toncil in my throat. I have muscle pain in the side of my neck, when I wake up in the morning it’s stiff. Sometimes my ear hurts aswell and sometimes it feels like it’s full of water, i keep getting pressure in the back of my head/nose/forehead and I feel like really off balance when I’m walking it’s like my eyes are not working, what could this be I’m freaking out about this lump!

It is most likely a lymph node/gland that you can feel.


I would see a doc as you could have sinus problems possibly.
