anyone else live on there own

hi guys,

i need tp know if anyone else lives on there own and do they cope cause i dont think i am at the minute,

I lived on my own throughout the worse of my panic and anxiety yes.

I coped with relaxation exercises and breathing exercises and distraction and not sitting around worrying and thinking. It does help.

Hi Andy, I live on my own and have done for around ten years. It is very hard and it is hard to occupy yourself all of the time to avoid unsettling thoughts.

Hi Andy Yup I Live On My Own Yes My 18 Yr Old Lives Here When And If He Is Here So Ya Mine As Well Say Im On My Own Ya Just Learn To Cope Like Nic Said It Can Be Hard At Times But Keep Yaself Busy.....best To Ya......linda
