I had my first PA a couple of months ago and ever since I was worried about my breathing. I had a bad cold and felt like I couldn’t breathe which brought on a PA as I was in a hot store. All the chest palpitations and acid in my stomach has gone. Now I have a constant weird sensation in my nose. It feels like I am about to have a nosebleed but there is nothing there and my nose is dry. I do suffer from mild anxiety because of my PA so is this just anxiety? Making me more anxious about my breathing. When I breathe through my nose always pressure. Trying not to think about it but it won’t go away.
