Hi all,
I'm Greg, I'm 28 and I'm from Poland. I'm here because fear has really been messing up my life lately. From childhood I've been having huge social anxiety (comes from being bullied), which I've made some huge progress on lately, and for 5-6 year (ever since I got diagnosed with hypertension) I've been really anxious about my health. This was made further worse by the fact I tend to obssess over things. Then I got a panic attack (which no one told me waas one until a year later), and I think my brain got broken somehow by the experience. I managed to get better thanks to therapy but my anxiety has been rearing its head recently.
