I have Health anxiety and have had this for 14 years, at first when i first started having panic attacks and health anxiety i would constantly be in the doctors and seek reassurance at any given opportunity. i used to do the usual look at google and then panic and then go to the docs sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, then my anxiety improved a lot and i was able to move forward a little. a few years ago i went to the gp and he took my bp, gp told me this was raised ( i had been sat in a waiting room for about an hour) since then i have had an overwhelming fear of going to the gp, hospital or anything related. This is making my life a misery because each time i have to visit i can feel the panic inside me building, this also happens if its not even related to me, i have the same issues when taking my kids. does anyone else have this or any ways too overcome this irrational fear.
