Severe Health Anxiety

Today, while i was riding my bike, an ambulance was in my front. A person from the ambulance opened the mirror and was washing his hands. A few drops fell in my eyes. Now, i am panicked thinking what if he had touched blood or any human secretion. Am i in any risk of HIV or other blood borne diseases???:weep::weep:

I don't understand what you mean by opening the mirror and washing his hands and how that got on you?

But no you are not at any risk anyway.
