Hello, name is Lucas and I'm honestly a little freaked out. The past two days I have woken up to a panic attack. Dry heaving, shaking, and cant breathe. I got on here to see of anyone else has had this happen to them. I have had issues with anxiety before, but never this bad, or long. I am currently on my 3rd day and its nothing but the same thing. All day I just go into breathing attacks, shaking uncontrollably and always on edge. I feel as these days go on the worse its getting. I am thinking about checking myself into am inpatient clinic for a few days.

But is there anyone else out these that has been hit like this?

Perhaps you’re getting so worried about it that’s why it keeps happening?

How do you normally deal with your anxiety?
