Hi everyone,

Im struggling anxiety for the second time in my life its been 6 yearsnow snd i can seem to shrug it off, ive read books, tried to live a normal life, been seen by a phycologist but nothings working.

I feel so alone in my family i have no support from them, just one friend tried to help.

So iive joined no more panic to see if i can siuppirt n get support too.
