I'm an 18 year old female, in February of 2017 I came down with what was diagnosed as migraine related vertigo, and although I was getting the migraine, I wasn't actually getting any pain, just the dizziness and naussa symptoms (which I didn't even know was possible until meeting with a specialist). Anyway, that began to clear up in about August of 2017, but in between that time, I began to get frequent headaches (which would vary in severity from mild to quite severe). I've seen GPs, two neurologists, had blood tests, an eye test, and had a caloric simulation test, but never any scans. Doctors are still happy with it just being migraine related and I kinda am too, opticians never found any reason to be concerned, but for some reason, despite it not really bothering me much before, I've suddenly started freaking out it's something more serious like a brain tumour.
My headaches have always varied, sometimes they're tension type as if there's something right around my head, sometimes they're shooting pains, other times it's just radiating throughout my entire head, but I seem to be getting it all now! I've been getting shooting pains from the top of my head down for a few days now, mostly on my right side but sometimes my left, I've got pressure on the top of my head and also around from my temples to my forehead, it hurts behind my eyes, it throbs. I'm having some family issues at the moment that although I don't necessarily feel constantly stressed by, they are very stressful so I don't know if these headaches are just how my stress is coming out. Paracetamol or Ibroprofen tend to get rid of it normally but there has been the odd time it hasn't gotten rid of it. I've not really got any other symptoms other than the headaches, but I'm just worrying myself :( anyone have any advice?

Does anyone have any advice? :/
Not to be pushy, it's just I've tried to get advice about this issue 3 times in the last six weeks and haven't gotten any replies on any of these posts to my knowledge, so I'm really in desperate need of advice :(

Sounds like tension headaches maybe but you have had all the tests so it won't be anything sinister.

Do you drink enough water?
