So, if any of you had read any of my posts lately, I've been having symptoms in my rectal/tailbone area for about 6 months. I've been to numerous doctors appointments. They found nothing wrong, but I was convinced I had cancer back there somewhere. Anyway, I decided to try chiropractor to see if they could help. Turns out, my tailbone is sticking out at almost a 90 degree angle and compressing a disc right above my sacrum. This can likely be fixed with adjustment and PT, as well as exercise. I was sure I had some kind of cancer or was on my way to a debilitating illness. They actually told me my spine looks super healthy, besides the tailbone issue. They saw no tumor or mass, which I was sure was there. I'm so relieved to have a plan and that I don't have any disease, just misaligned. I hope this can help anyone having issues in this area. Go see a chiropractor if your GP tells you there's nothing wrong but you still have symptoms.
