Phobia returning.

I am scared of blood born infection, I have had it for 4 years and have been in loop of testing and fearing because of that. I went last 4 months not thinking about it. But after reading news of hepatitis spread in China from vacationer holder reuse had me worried again. I have lost much because of this fear that I have lost the ability to remember anything, I cannot even plan an evening like I have lost ability to think anything else other then the fear and obsessing about. I am kind of recovering but this news has again starting to take over.

I think it might really help for you to focus on how well you’ve been doing. You managed and enjoyed life perfectly for a while, so you will again. Do your best to combat those negative thoughts because that’s all they are. You are stronger than this and you’ve proven it before.

Thanks for the kind words. But fear seems so real it's really hard to keep negative thoughts away. I am trying though.
