So I’ve developed a cough and it kind of feels like it rattles when I try to sleep, like a crackling feeling. I went to the drs and Friday and was checked and no throng untoward was found when listening to me. He said it could be my seasonal asthma and gave me a pump. I’m taking 60 children away tomorrow with some other adults at school and I’m scared that something will happen to me when I’m away. Something like my chest may get worse, what if I collapse in front of the children, where will the nearest hospital be? I’ve got myself googling and it’s showing bronchitis or pneumonia as my symptoms. Feel really scared and I can’t pull out of the trip

What if you go and have a great day and feel fine?

You’re in that cycle of hypothetical worry, and you need to do your best to ignore that worry. It’s just an irrational thought, and it’s not true.

If you have seasonal asthma then you know how best to deal with it I assume? Keep your inhaler with you, maybe take a couple of puffs in the morning, and every 4 hours if you need to.

I bet that you really enjoy the day & feel loads better.
