Hello everyone. Hope you are all well.
I have a situation. I work at Amazon. I have been off ill from work virtually since February. I suffer from Eczema and it was impossible to walk. It made it all worse when my Uncle passed away. My grandmother was rushed to hospital with pneumonia, but she is ok. My auntie had a heart attack, but she is ok and my close school friend died in a car crash. All this contributed to my eczema and made it impossible to walk. I went part time just before my Uncle died. I have had doctors notes to cover me, as well as self cert notes.
But...
There are 8 weeks missing where I did not get covered. I work part time, so these 8 weeks are 2 day weeks. This is because I was unable to get a place to see my doctor or I was so out of it on medication I just did not think about it at the time.
I was ill but I do not want to get fired for the days I have had off and not been covered for. Especially now I am almost back to full health.
Any honesty would really help me. I am so lost and scared at the moment.
I am from the United Kingdom. The laws are different from USA I think.
