Heart palpitations causing throat to lock up

Hello. I’m used to having heart palpitations because of my anxiety and such, but lately they have been feeling really strange. It’s like it chokes me for a second and stops my breathing. I’m pretty worried because I’ve never had them like this before and it’s been going on for three days. Any advice on what it could be? :(

I would say that’s your anxiety. I’ve had that before too, and I know how weird it feels. A bit of deep breathing though and you’ll be fine.
