Hi All,
My health anxiety has been pretty under control recently but I get married in a few days and its going crazy.
I have head pains in places i've never had them before (forehead/nose), face tingling/numb feeling. generally spaced out and so tired.
I have this awful fear that i'm going to die or be struck down with some serious illness before or on the day!
Im 80% this is just stress and anxiety but yet again it's taking over and making me feel awful. But also concerned the stress is going to do me in or cause a brain aneurysm or something! Arghhhh! I hate this!
Did anyone else feel this before their big day?
