Hi,
as a result of anxiety caused by ocd I have been experiencing muscle fatigue in my back close to my waist area. I used to get occasional muscle fatigue but recently it has become more persistent. Is there any way to deal with this?

The best thing you can do is make sure you're eating properly, get as much light exercise as possible (brisk walks are more than enough) and spend as much time in the day as possible undertaking active relaxation techniques. Yoga, meditation, massage, whatever it is that works for you.

There is no quick fix for this.

Persistent stress and anxiety tax the body a great deal.
