Hi guys, I've recently had a huge HA scare regarding neuro degenerative diseases, went to two neurologists and had a blood / MRI / neurological examination done - all clear. (full thread - http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/showthread.php?t=218665)

I'm experiencing:

Small joint aching, some muscle pain (almost gone now)
Mild headaches
Palpitations (not sure if I'm correct, but I simply can feel my heartbeat really well when i put my hands together)
These small mild twitches in my thighs, like a small muscle would be jumping for like 10-15 seconds then it subsides. Not a lot of them.
keyboard typing/mouse issues (i hit a wrong key sometimes seems like by accident, or when i pressed ''post a new thread'' I've accidentally pressed here instead (see image below):

, and limbs somewhat weak/wobbly/jelly in general

...
and well obviously anxiety.

Right now I'm feeling a lot more calm, but still am quite anxious about the main symptom which is impacting my ability to work, the bolded one above with the missclicks / typing errors / general limb trouble.

So my main question would be -

Would this be a limb coordination issue (spacial awareness etc) or is this a result of muscle twitching / spasms?
myself I'm over 80% thinking that this is muscle twitching / spasms, because (this might sound stupid) but I feel pretty coordinated, can touch my nose no problem blind on one foot etc and sometimes my clicks are precise and typing is precise as well, I mean it's not constant.

During my HA Scare I've been eating really poor and I suspect this all started because of a magnesium deficiency which my therapist also suggests and says that the symptoms really match up.

Any feedback / advice or reassurance is very highly welcome. If I convince myself that this is a twitching / spasm issue I feel that I will simply put it to rest and just live my life further without worries, as coordination sounds like something to do with brain function and scares me a lot.
