Panic Attack?

Hi all

I have just been sat at work, when I suddenly had what I believe to be major panic attack. Does this sound about right:

Thumping heart (for about 4 or 5 secs)
Cold sensation in my arms
Dry mouth
Wanting to get out of where I was

Did I go on for a while? In my experience panic attacks last for 5-10 minutes and I sweat too as well as feel sick and dizzy, breathless and scared.

But yes, if you felt panic then it probably was. How are you now? Do you suffer from anxiety?

Hi...

The heart thumping latest no more than 3 or 4 seconds. The cold in the arms lasted only a few seconds longer. The sensation of panic lasted about 30 minutes...as in I felt edgy and anxious.

Yes I have anxiety issues, and am on citalopram for it.
