e coli or normal diarrhea

so i went to romania for 4 days, i havent had a poop in a week and have been scared shitless about a water bottle and that i will have diarrhea when i went flying and today we went back to the airport and guess what, miss Gabriel had somehow watery poop, with solid stool in the back. i took an imodium (meds against diarrhea) and lucky could shit in the airplane.

now is my question, do i have an E coli infection and will the diarrhea return after the meds are wearing off or.is it just due to stress and a weeks worth constipation.

i dont want to defile my sheets man :c
