Would a ct scan show alot

So bascislly I had a ultrasound in February and CT scan in March for stomach issues. They think it's IBS and I have to wait till August for a finally say.

I keep gretting horrible pains in my stomach and pain. I try to remind myself it's the IBS or whatever it may be.

Recently I found a lumpy area on the left side of my stomach. Around the areas of pain. Like when I move certain ways or like if I suck my stomach in a bit it hurts. Would this have shown up on one of the scans? I've been driving myself bad with this. I don't want to Google it in worry of what I may find.

P. S I am carrying a bit of weight.

I think it's just hard to get my head around the fact pain like this can be caused by IBS (My acid reflex is also acting up tonight). My GP did mention before that it could get worse before my cycle starts but I have no idea it could be this bad. I guess that's what makes me keep double guessing this.
