Shooting cold sensations in legs

I have shooting cold sensations in my legs sometimes, mostly shin, calves and knees. Almost like there is ice water dripping down my leg. Not constantly, just here and there but it always shocks and scares me. I worry a lot about it being a symptom of MS. I went up in my Zoloft dosage last week so I wonder if it could be related though. Does anyone else have this or feel weird bodily sensations on SSRI meds? I realize it could also be anxiety but IDK. :(

Don't worry. Recently I've been having something similar, I was feeling like cold raindrops were dripping on me in random places of body. Also my right calf would go warm for a second, like I was standing by a heater. It went away slowly after I stopped focusing on it and getting reassured that it's probably nothing and anxiety related.
