Pain in vagina when urinating

I went to pee today and had a really bad pain in vagina and below pelvic area. No blood or anything but it hurt bad never had this feeling before. Anyone know what it could be? It’s not any kind of cancer right

Could be IC (intercistal cystitis, sp?). I had endometriosis as a teen and would sometimes have a shocking pain when I peed. Turned out I had endometriosis on the outside of my uterus touching my bladder so when it shrunk from releasing the urine pain. It was all the time. If this continues talk to your OB, if that’s what it is, easy fix.

Cancer wouldn’t be my first thought!

Keep drinking lots of water if it hurts again as it may be cystitis.

Would be mine either. I would go more hormonal, cystitis, the female anatomy throws weird things out all the time. Mine gives weird pains randomly and I don’t go that direction bc they aren’t frequent.
